Dr. LaToya Wiggins is the CEO of She is Nourished, a wellness coach, self-care strategist, podcaster, and international transformational speaker. Dr. Wiggins’ message transcends generations, but her specialty is supporting moms with transitioning from worn-out to winning so they will no longer feel depleted but develop the necessary healthy habits to be nourished, renewed, and rejuvenated with biblical principles and self-care strategies that bring peace instead of self-pity.
Dr. Wiggins provides a space for busy, Christian moms to get clear on their self-care and wellness needs and provides the right support, the right system, and the right accountability they need in order to transform into the best version of themselves. She is able to teach and support moms through individual coaching, group coaching, masterclasses, and workshops. Dr. Wiggins is the host of the She is a Nourished Mom Podcast and Self-care Mommy Chats.
She has been featured in several magazines including Vision & Purpose Lifestyle, Woman to Woman, Voyage Baltimore, Women Win Network, and Tap-in Magazine. Dr. Wiggins was nominated in the categories of Health and Wellness and Woman of Influence by the ACHI Magazine Awards, honored with the Exceptional Mompreneur Award by The Mompreneur CEO, and honored with the Excellence in Professional Speaking (EPSY) Award by the National Academy of Professional Speakers, Authors, and Coaches. Dr. Wiggins received her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Marymount University in Arlington, Virginia in 2011. In 2018, she received her certifications in health and life coaching from the Health Coach Institute. She is a wife, mother of 3 sons, physical therapist, and health and wellness enthusiast. Dr. Wiggins enjoys dancing, step classes, comedy shows, and traveling.
